Your fish ship overnight on FedEx Priority. If anything arrives DOA, send a photo within 4 hours and we refund or replace it.

- Do you really guarantee live arrival?
- Yes. Email a photo of the unopened bag within 4 hours of FedEx delivery and we'll refund the fish or replace it on the next shipping window. The guarantee covers the lower 48 states.
- Which days do you ship?
- We ship Monday through Wednesday so every order arrives by Friday. Orders placed after 2pm ET ship the following business day.
- Can I mix species in one order?
- Absolutely. Use the bundle builder at checkout, or book an expert consult and we'll design a compatible stocking list for your tank size and water parameters.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Not yet. We currently ship overnight to addresses in the contiguous United States only.
